User Manager

The User Manager is where you can add and manage Arundo Fabric users.

Getting There

Access Arundo Fabric and select User on the Navigation bar.


Users List

The Users list displays details for the existing user base.

Important

You need administrator permissions to see all users. You will only see your user if you don't have administrator permissions.

Fields

The following information displays for each user:

Field Description
Name Name of the user
Email Email address and username for the user
Created Date when the user was added
Logins Number of times the user has logged in to Arundo Fabric
Last Login Date when the user last logged in to Arundo Fabric
Admin Blue padlock displays if the user has administrator permissions
Actions

The following actions are available for each user:

Edit Edit the user
Remove Delete the user

Step-by-Step Guides

The following guides explain how to add and update users.

Adding a User

Complete the following to add a new user.

  1. Click + Add User.
  2. Enter user's name.
  3. Enter the user's email address.

    Tip

    This will serve as their username.

  4. Enter the user's role.

  5. (Optional) Select Administrator if the user needs permission to view and update other users.
  6. Enter a password for the user.
  7. Click Save.
  8. Provide the user with their username and password.
Editing a User

Complete the following to update an existing user.

  1. Locate the user in the Users list.
  2. Click Edit next to the user.
  3. Make changes.
  4. Click Save.
Granting a User Administrator Permissions

Complete the following to grant a user administrator permissions.

  1. Locate the user in the Users list.
  2. Click Edit next to the user.
  3. Select Administrator.
  4. Click Save.
Deleting A User

Complete the following to delete a user and remove their access to Arundo Fabric.

  1. Locate the user in the Users list.
  2. Click Remove next to the user.
  3. Click Delete.
